House of David

House of David | Authenticity

Thus saith the Lord, The Heaven is My throne, and the earth is My footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? And where is the place of My rest?  Isaiah 66-1.

And now, O Lord God, the word that thou hast spoken concerning thy servant, and concerning his house, establish it forever, and do as thou hast said.  And let thy name be magnified for ever, saying, the Lord of hosts is the God over Israel: and let the house of thy servant David be established before thee.  2 Samuel 7-25-26.

Jesus while in the temple, answered, and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.  Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?  But he spake of the temple of his body.  John 2-19-21.

Ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; I will be their God, and they shall be my people.  2 Corinthians 6:16.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.  Revelation 21:3.

In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.  Zechariah 12:8.

The house of David is Jesus, the body of Christ, the temple of the living God; and He is first-born among many brethren (Romans 8:29); who are the sealed of all the tribes of the children of Israel (144,000) Revelation 7:4-8; 14:1-5.

As the temple of flesh  (of the Bridegroom, Jesus) is the house of David: so is it that His Bride (the elect) are to dwell in flesh, for whom time is shortened (Matthew 24:22), to save their flesh.  For we shall be like him (1 John 3:2).  Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body, Philippians 3:21.  For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.  As Christ is head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.  Ephesians 5:30 and 23.  The bridal/church, Israelite House of David.

It is evident that the house that David was given to build, that was to outlast generations, was not the temple in Jerusalem.  So, where is the house that you build unto Me?

It is also recorded that the lineage from David was traced through both Joseph and Mary for the child, Jesus, for they were of the house (lineage) of David.  So the house built unto generations and a kingdom that was not to cease is the body of Jesus, which temple was made after the power of an endless life (Hebrews 7:16).

And so it is to be with His Bride, who are among the children of Israel, to be gathered from the four winds (Matthew 24:31); these shall dwell in flesh at the latter day, and shall receive the redemption of the body (Romans 8:23): who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the Law, and the service of God, and the promises; whose are the fathers, and of WHOM CONCERNING THE FLESH CHRIST CAME.  (Romans 9: 4 and 5).

The first coming of Christ was for the temple/body of the first-born, the Bridegroom, Jesus, who is the house of David.  The coming the second time is for his Bride, now also in flesh, and who are a lineage of Israel (the fathers).  The substance of John 6:48-50; 6:57 and 58;  8:51;  11:26 is in the divine union of the Bride (Israel) and the Bridegroom (Jesus/house of David), the Israelite House of David.  In Revelation 19, it is referred to as the Marriage of the Lamb.

And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.  And He saith unto me, these are the true sayings of God.   19:9.

He is head of the Church, and he is the saviour of the body, which is become the temple of the Holy Ghost.  God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.  Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ?  1 Corinthians 6: 14 and 15; know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost.  1 Corinthians 6:19.

This is the temple that is built unto Him, fashioned after the house of David/Jesus.   Who raised up his temple/house of flesh, after three days, and liveth ever.  Hebrews 7:25.  And, if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.  Romans 8:11.

And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole Spirit and Soul and BODY BE PRESERVED blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.  1 Thessalonians 5:23 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
